Monti Antonio Maintenance and Support
The primary goal of Transfer-Tech is to provide maintenance and technical support in the sublimation print industry. The sublimation print process differs from that of the conventional printing. The process of sublimation starts with printing images on specialized paper using high resolution dye-sub printers. The next step in the process is to transfer theses images on to customer selected materials. One of the most recognized names in the grand format industry is Monti Antonio. Transfer-Tech has the expertise to provide all facets of Monti Antonio support.
The primary offering of Transfer-Tech is an annual support contract. This contract allows our customers to become established gaining a high level of support as well as discounted services. We will provide technical support via phone, text, or email. In addition, we will provide an annual site visit for preventive maintenance and training needs.
In addition to this annual contract, Transfer-Tech offers the following on site services:
- Site Preparation
- Installation of new presses
- Exhaust Hood Packages
- Electrical Repair
- Belt Changes
- Relocation and Rigging Logistics
- Machine Purchase Assessments
Customers are responsible for the cost of all parts and travel expenses.
Annual Contract
Telephone Support
Transfer-Tech will provide phone support (utilizing Face Time or Skype where required) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CMT Monday thru Friday. This support is primarily designed for critical downtime issues. The goal is to respond to these issues within a 4 hour window. Customer is responsible for the cost of any parts that may be required (see below).
Email Support
Email support will be provided for addressing issues of a less critical nature. The goal is to address these issues Monday thru Friday within 24 hours window
Onsite Preventive Maintenance
Included with the annual support contract will be a one day on site preventive maintenance visit and operator training. Customer is responsible for all parts required as well as for travel expenses (see below).
Additional Services
Belt Replacement
Transfer Presses require felt belt replacement as part of regular maintenance. The belt and drive roller are consumed at different rates depending on the customers material selection. This process typically takes three days. Customer is responsible for all parts required as well as for travel expenses (see below).
Site Prep
Transfer-Tech provides site inspections prior to machine installation to insure rigging and press location is conducive to installation. This process takes one day to complete. Customer is responsible for all parts required as well as for travel expenses (see below).
Install New Transfer Presses
Transfer-Tech provides supervision of all facets of installation. This service verifies independently that electrical, rigging, HVAC and compressed air falls with-in the machines tolerances prior to start up. Installation services also include operator training. Estimated time to complete service is three days. Customer is responsible for all parts required as well as for travel expenses (see below).
Relocation of Transfer Presses Under Contract
Transfer-Tech will facilitate the relocation of existing machines on contract. Providing logistical support as well as conformation of sub-contracted site services. Customer is responsible for all parts required as well as for travel expenses (see below).
Certify Existing Transfer Press for Maintenance Contract
Prior to issuing a new customer annual contract an evaluation process is required. This service takes one day to preform and allows for a parts needed assessment. Customer is responsible for all parts required as well as for travel expenses (see below).
Travel Cost and Parts
Customer is responsible for all onsite travel cost. These cost included air fare, rental car or ride service if required, lodging and a $75 for food. Customer is also responsible for the cost of all required parts.
